The hotel is conveniently located near Consolacao metro station, making it easy to access various parts of the city. It is also situated next to a shopping mall, providing guests with convenient shopping options. there are plenty of nightclubs in close proximity, offering entertainment options for those looking to enjoy the nightlife. the rooms are comfortable, with separate living areas and blackout curtains to ensure a good night's sleep. the staff is friendly and provides excellent service, ensuring a pleasant stay. the breakfast offered is adequate and the free WiFi connectivity is reliable. the location and amenities make this hotel a convenient choice for visitors.
The hotel could benefit from some renovations as it feels a bit dated.

Very good location and value for money
As usual bad quality of WiFi as always in Brazil. The complementary breakfast is very poor for a 5* hotel.

Location, good quality for money, nice staff
Even though very clean, the structure itself is a bit oldish

I had a fantastic stay at this hotel! The room was spacious and had its own internet connection, which was a huge plus. The staff was extremely friendly and even allowed me to check out late at no extra cost. The location was excellent, with plenty of nice restaurants and bars in the area. Plus, the hotel was conveniently located just a short walk away from the Consolacao Metro station and a shopping mall. the cleanliness, hotel facilities, transportation options, and staff made this a truly enjoyable stay.
Nothing, no complaints at all.

Spacious rooms with kitchenettes and living areas. Centrally located near restaurants and a shopping mall. Friendly staff who speak English.
Room decor could use updating, some cracks here and there. Breakfast could be more varied for longer stays.

Good location with professional and helpful staff.
The walls are thin and you can hear people talking as they walk by.

Staff friendly and helpful. They all spoke English at reception. I enjoyed have a flat HD tv in the living room and a smaller one in the bedroom.
Room was clean but furniture was dated.

We had an amazing stay at this luxurious hotel. The location couldn't have been better as it was right next to a shopping mall and just a short walk from the Consolacao Metro station. The apartment-style rooms were spacious and cozy, with balconies that offered stunning views of the city. We loved the separate living area and bedroom, which allowed us to be productive and get a good night's sleep. The blackout curtains were a nice touch for extra comfort. The hotel amenities were top-notch, including the indoor swimming pool, sauna, and fitness center. The staff were also very friendly and helpful, making our stay even more enjoyable.
Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable and luxurious stay.

Location was great, with plenty of restaurants nearby and a mall just across the street. Room size and cleanliness were good, with a nice kitchenette available.
The noise level was unbearable and the bathroom equipment was in bad need of renovation. not recommended for a relaxing city break.
